POP UP展示「FROZEN DREAM」
NAOYA INOSE X ZOZOVILLA X GINZA TSUTAYA
本展では、これまでリアルに描写していたそれらのモチーフを、デジタルな技法で描くことで、近年のイメージからの脱却を試みた新作原画を公開します。更に、ファッションEC「ZOZOTOWN」上のラグジュアリー＆デザイナーズゾーン「ZOZOVILLA（ゾゾヴィラ）」とのコラボレーションで、原画を表裏にデザインし、ポップなアートとして落とし込んだTシャツを展示販売します。
In this exhibition, we will unveil new original drawings that depart from the realistic depiction of these motifs by using digital techniques, attempting to break away from the imagery of recent years. Additionally, through a collaboration with Zozovilla, the luxury and designer zone on the fashion EC site Zozotown, T-shirts featuring the original drawings designed on both sides, transformed into pop art will be exhibited and sold.

2022年11月11日（金）から2023年1月29日（日）まで、中国・上海、PowerlongMuseum (宝龍美術館)にて、日本人アーティスト16名による展覧会、「Under Current」が開催されます。
アジア最大級のプライベート・ミュージアムといわれるPowerlong Museum (宝龍美術館)は、近年アジアのアートシーンの中心地として発展を遂げる上海において最も注目される美術館です。本展では、日本とアジアの懸け橋となり活躍する沓名美和氏をキュレーターに迎え、今後国際的にさらなる躍進が期待される16名の絵画や立体作品約100点を体系的に展示し、その豊かで多様な表現を上海から世界に向けて発信します。（本展プレスリリースより引用）

「六本木クロッシング」は、森美術館が3年に一度、日本の現代アートシーンを総覧する定点観測的な展覧会として、2004年以来共同キュレーション形式で開催してきたシリーズ展です。第7回目となる今回は、1940年代～1990年代生まれの日本のアーティスト22組を紹介します。既に国際的な活躍が目覚ましいアーティストたちから今後の活躍が期待される新進気鋭の若手まで、創造活動の交クロッシング差点となる展覧会です。(森美術館HPより引用)

We are pleased to announce the opening of a new art gallery called IAM Contemporary Art, in Valletta, Malta this July. IAM was established in 2017 by Naoya Inose, a Japanese artist. In 2018, IAM launched a language and artist-in-residence program for emerging Japanese artists. The new art gallery aims to create a new space where one can experience contemporary art, along with empowering the art scene in Malta and Europe with selected International artworks.

この度、THE CLUBは猪瀬直哉による個展「The Utopia Chapter 6」を開催いたします。
“ユートピア” ー それはバビロニアのバベルの塔のように、何世紀にもわたり伝えられてきた、人間の傲慢性を象徴する寓話の一つ。本展覧会では、猪瀬直哉が創り出す架空の世界に存在する“ルーメン美術館”に所蔵される、ユートピアに関する数々の作品や歴史に迫ります。
14世紀から21世紀に至るまで長らく画家のモチーフとなってきたユートピア。そのミステリアスな景観は、古い書物から現代に至るまで多岐にわり人々を魅了してきました。神話としてなのか、現実にあったことなのか、謎多きユートピアで一体何が起こり、現在どのように 捉えられているのか。
「架空とされる事物をこれまで何世紀にもわたり、画家は描いてきました。このような寓話に見られる人間の傲慢性を１からフィクションで創作してみたいと思ったことがきっかけでこのシリーズができました。こういったアプローチは、映画ではよく見受けられます。擬似ドキュメンタリー的な側面の強い表現方法を元にし、人々が彼らにとって都合の良い建造物を作り、自然が耐えられなくなって見捨てられてしまう。長い時代を通してまた、違う視点を持ってネガティブに、またはポジティブに描かれた作品群をご鑑賞いただきたいです。」

各時代の西洋絵画史を象徴するような、様々な絵画様式で描かれた今回の展示作品からは、その謎多きユートピアの発展を垣間見ることができます。猪瀬の圧倒的な絵画技法によって具現化される、“ユートピア”の世界をどうぞお楽しみください。
THE CLUB is pleased to present "The Utopia Chapter 6," a solo exhibition by Naoya Inose.
"Utopia" - it is one of the fables that have been passed down through the centuries, like the Babylonian Tower of Babel, symbolizing the arrogance of mankind. This exhibition explores the history and artworks related to Utopia in the collection of the "Lumen Museum," which exists in the imaginary world created by Naoya Inose.
Utopia has long been a motif for painters from the 14th century to the 21st century. Its mysterious landscapes have fascinated people from old books to the present day. What exactly happened in this enigmatic utopia, and how is it perceived today?
“For centuries, painters have been depicting supposedly fictitious things. This series was inspired by the desire to create a fictionalized version of the human arrogance found in these fables. This approach is often seen in films. It is based on a pseudo-documentary aspect of representation, where people build structures that are convenient for them, and nature becomes unbearable and is abandoned. I hope you will appreciate this group of works depicted negatively or positively, again with different perspectives throughout the long period of time."

世界を旅し、アートフェアや海外のギャラリーなどを通して無数の作品と出会う中で、⼀⽬惚れのように惹きつけられた作品をコレクションしてきた桶⽥俊⼆・聖⼦夫妻。⾻董のコレクションから出発し、草間彌⽣の作品との出会いをきっかけに現代アートの本格的な収集を始めたのが2010年。2020年からは、パンデミックの影響で国際展やアートフェアも延期や中⽌、また海外への渡航そのものも困難になったことで、国内に⽬を向けたこの2年間。⽇本の現代アート作家を中⼼に、未来を明るく輝かせてくれるような、パワーを感じる作品を求め続け、恒例となったコレクション展の第５回⽬はその集⼤成となります。

展覽介紹 Introduction
2022 年 1 月，日本東京畫廊 THE CLUB 再度來到台灣舉行「Horizon Dreams of Color 光之域」展覽，帶來了 4 位來自多樣背景的日本藝術家：近藤正勝 Masakatsu Kondo、猪瀨直哉 Naoya Inose、小瀨真由子 Mayuko Ose，以及今坂庸二朗 Yojiro Imasaka。
這次「Horizon Dreams of Color 光之域」的展覽，THE CLUB 延伸著 2021 年「Evanescent Horizon 情緒線」的概念，透過這 4 位新銳藝術家的作品，讓觀眾從繪畫與攝影的視角直接感受他們對於色彩的解讀，並進入 4 個不同的色彩領域，探索顏色的各種可能性。儘管這 4 位藝術家都出生於日本，但隨著他們個人背景與發展的不同，使得他們對於色彩都有著個人獨特的見解及詮釋方式。
通過每個藝術家跟色彩的關係，觀者彷彿變成了色彩的空氣，隨著天井的建築讓自然光照射到每一層樓，跟著進入這個光的領域，一步一步在視覺層次的引導下，去體驗色彩的不同樣貌，進而去認識藝術家在創作中表現的內在邏輯與脈絡，一層一層的接近藝術思想。
"Horizon Dreams of Color" - THE CLUB’s second exhibition in Taipei featuring Naoya Inose, Yojiro Imasaka, Masakatsu Kondo, and Mayuko Ose. Continuing from our first pop-up exhibition Evanescent Horizon, THE CLUB would like to continue introducing various talents from Japan.
Horizon Dreams of Color wants to take viewers into four different realms of colors by putting these four artists together. Although all the four artists have their roots in Japan, their backgrounds vary and so do their approaches to one of the significant medium in art “colors.”
Wandering through each section as if the viewer became an air of colors, with the architecture of lightwell allowing the natural light to hit every floor, we hope you will be able to experience how colors could take different forms and also play huge roles in helping artists to achieve their unique expressions and ideas.

カルチュア・コンビニエンス・クラブ株式会社（東京都渋谷区）で“アートのある生活”を提案するCCCアートラボ事業部は、日本の現代アートをもっと身近に楽しんでもらいたいと考え「ART TEE LAB」プロジェクトをスタートさせます。第一弾目は8人の注目アーティストによる限定アートTシャツを発売します。2021年6月28日（月）より銀座 蔦屋書店オンラインストア、NADiff onlineにて先行予約をスタートさせ、8月より銀座 蔦屋書店などの店頭でも販売を行います。
現代アートをもっと身近にする「ART TEE LAB」プロジェクト。
ART TEE LABは日常的なTシャツというアイテムに「現代アート作品」を掛け合わせることで、日本の現代アートへの興味の扉を開くきっかけを作りたいという想いから誕生したプロジェクトです。

THE CLUB is pleased to present Naoya Inose's solo exhibition, "Vacation on the Blue".
"This exhibition mainly introduces works that include the image of a pool (water). I have painted the motif with various metaphors in mind, sometimes as a symbol for Japan, and at other times, indicating life and death, silence, and the like. Water is the beginning of everything. It accounts for 80% of our body. And 71% of the surface of the earth.
This indispensable element for us living creatures is the theme of my painting, installations, and other works.
Through this exhibition, I want to offer the visitors an opportunity to deal with their reluctance to go on vacation due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and satisfy their wish through an imaginary experience instead. A Vacation with family, friends, and significant others. Not only do humans need such a thing, but the earth may also need a break. Vacations are essential. They help us, and the earth alike, to get started anew and recover.
Facing this situation, I decided to make an installation work that emulates a swimming pool as I have painted the motif for so long. It offers an imaginary vacation.
Visitors cannot jump into the pool and play in the water before their eyes. Still, I think the blue color field can stir the sensation of precious everyday experiences.
The new “Pocket Vacation” is a series of painted pools hung on the wall. I wish the exhibition can offer a vacation to both humans and the earth, in the best way I could imagine to do so.
Throughout my practice, I have tried to paint the harmony between the environment and human beings as the basic essence of my work. I want to continue to develop this theme and, if possible, create new forms of harmonious coexistence."－Naoya Inose

discord Yohji Yamamotoとアーティスト猪瀬直哉氏との2回目のカプセルコレクションを発表します。猪瀬氏のアートワークを取込み、鮮やかなブルーを纏ったミニチュア化した作品のようなウォレットや、キーホルダー、1点1点に猪瀬氏が直接ペインティングを施したキャップが、限定エディションで展開されます。
discord Yohji Yamamoto GINZA SIX及び公式オンラインブティックのみで手に入れることができる限定コレクションは、9月18日(金)に発売され、猪瀬氏の作品が展示されているグループ展「TIMELESSNESS」(-9月23日終了)を開催中のTHE CLUBが在するGINZA SIX 6F蔦屋書店でも同日から特別なインスタレーションと共にエディションの一部がお買い求めいただけます。
THE CLUB「TIMELESSNESS」で展示中の「Monolith escape」をフラットにしたペインティングワーク「Monolith flat escape」が表現されたClassic wallet。アーティスト猪瀬直哉氏の作品に度々描かれ、自身のセルフポートレートでもあるペンギンのモチーフ。「Monolith flat escape」はプールサイドに立つそのペンギンの主観的な視点で描かれた景色。「プールサイドに立つ自分自身(ペンギン)が波の立たない静かな水に包まれてエスケープしている」。ペインティングがプリントで再現され、特徴的なブルーを纏ったClassic walletは、ミニチュアの作品のような存在感を放ちます。全てのボックスに猪瀬直哉氏のサインとエディションナンバーが描き添えられています。
フロントにdiscord Yohji Yamamotoロゴ、サイドにアーティスト猪瀬直哉氏の作品に度々描かれ自身のセルフポートレートでもあるペンギンと、ブルーに「n」がデザインされた猪瀬氏のスタジオロゴ(また、作品の裏に貼られる)が刺繍表現されたヘッドウェア。ブラックギャバジン素材でつくられ、刺繍のペンギンに載るように猪瀬が一点一点ペイントを重ね、エディションでありながら、全てがユニークピースのようなアイテム。ブルー、レッド、イエロー、グリーンの色はカラーバーの作品から抽出されています。全て一緒に見えるペンギンも色(中身)は違う、というメタファーである。全てのボックスに猪瀬直哉氏のサインとエディションナンバーが描き添えられています。

油彩やアクリルを⽤い、緻密でリアルな⾵景画を描く、アーティスト猪瀬直哉。「Romantic Depression」 (ロマンチックな憂鬱 )と題された、⾃⾝2回⽬となるTHE CLUBでの個展で発表されている新作など5つの作品をピックアップし、discord Yohji Yamamotoと猪瀬 のセッションにより⽣まれたピースを、discord Yohji Yamamotoの限定コレクションとして販売します。

From its inception in 2011, gallery rosenfeld has always been interested in the genres which have defined art history and how they continue to provide inspiration for contemporary artists. Although the ‘portrait, ‘still life’ and ‘landscape’ still have a relevance, there is very little critical attention on these supposedly “outdated” subjects. The only exception to this is the portrait, which has recently assumed a renewed predominance.
The gallery will now host two exhibitions centred around ‘The Landscape’. The first will open on May 6th and is entitled ‘The Landscape Part 1 - From the Exterior to the Interior’, whilst the second ‘The Landscape Part 2 - From Arcadia to the City’, will open in late July.
The first exhibition will explore how traditional ideas of landscape have evolved in the modern and contemporary world.
